Time Heals..

Hello friends!

Today there's a new challenge over at TOMIC. Our theme is an inspirational photo with these gorgeous clocks. Then you also have to have a get well sentiment. I chose 'time heals' as my sentiment. It can be used for a number of reasons.. sick, sympathy feeling down etc. I also thought it went well with the image, who knows how long Tilda has been standing there as the water continues to rise. :) lol!

Princess Tote!

Today it's time for another Just Magnolia Challenge! The theme this week is Buttons and Bows. I made this tote for a class I was supposed to do but fell through... so here it is for a design team project! :) This is my second attempt with coloring on a canvas.. I colored lightly so I could try to add a little darker shading this time. It's ok.. for coloring on a canvas. It's difficult to start towards the center of the image since the ink spreads... I need some more practice.

Today there's a new challenge over at Lili's Little Fairies. We have a lovely sketch by my friend Jacque. I wanted this card to be very soft looking so I decided to use a natural lace for my 3 stripes in the sketch. I thought it was actually a bit plain while I was making this card but when I woke up the other morning I walked past my shelf and actually did a double take and though,. 'Hey, that turned out really pretty' :) I absolutley love this image from LOTV!
