A Date Night - Layout!



Here's a layout I made of a 'Date Night' last August. Ralph and I went out to eat at Benihanas.

We LOVE Benihanas! Sushi. Mai Tai. Yummo!

 

I really love the way this turned out. I used Spring Love Digi Papers and the Spring Love 3x4 Digi Tags. The flair, triangle tag and yellow doily are from Chic Tags, Thanks you Veronica!!! I scored the yellow doily and made a rosette. The bakers twine and jute ribbon are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the adorable spotted button is by Dear Lizzy. Tell me you don't LOVE that Heart Pennant Die from La La Land Crafts. The wood arrow veeners are from Freckled Fawn and the  wood car one is by Studio Calico. Oh, and the little tag in the corner is from Elle's Studio! I took some sprits sprays and made some splatters around the paper. I LOVE the way it all turned out.

New Stamp Release at LOTV!

 

It's time for a new release at Lili of the Valley.

I have a sneak peek for you all. I 'tried' and I really emphasize the 'tried' because I think I could have done better... with the coloring. I was trying to go for the old fashion look.. you know those photos with the little boy and girl and they are black and white or sepia and have a red rose? Well, that's what I wanted this to look like. :)

 

Today is my little girl's Birthday. My baby is 6. I offially do not have a child 5 and under..

Now I feel old.... well, not really.

 

I also wanted to remind everyone about Jacque's Sunday Sensations Candy!

La La Lands Kids Contest.

The other day I came across a La La Lands Kids Challenge. My girls always color and make cards with me so I let them create a card for the challenge., which was to use brown and green.

Giddy up, Ride'm Cowboy!

Hiya my bloggin' peeps! I have a very different card today... masculine. *dun dun dun* LOL! I haven't made a card like this in ages! It was super fun though. Irina from La La Land Crafts asked if I would like to do some cards for CHA for her, and sent me this image and I gladly accepted. I love country music and this card makes me want to put the radio on! Thank you so much Irina for letting me use some of your images. I highly recommend them, especially if you are a Copic lover! These are so much fun and give you a great big area for shading.

There's a new challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. It's a Sketch. Very fun one and has tons of potiential for some great ideas! I hope you will join us this week!

First time using La La Land Stamps!

Hello again! Here's my second card for today. This is the first time I've ever used a La La Land stamp. They are very Copic friendly and fun to color. This little cutie is Marci with Flower. I was asked by my dear friend Suzanne Dean if I would like to make a card for Copic Creations Challenge blog. I said yes of course and thought is was a guest spot, then realized I was filling in for Suzanne! The pressure was on, cause those are some big ole stylish shoes to fill! :) I hope everyone at Copic Creations likes my card. The challenge is to color something white.
