Last Christmas Layout.

I cant believe I'm actually finished with this years Christmas layouts.. I'm moving backwards I have a few more snow layouts I'm going to do then Thanks giving.. and Knotts. I'm having so much fun! This is the other page I did at Laurie's Crop. I really like the way it came out. I love how you can take almost any flower stamp and stamp it in red and automatically make it look like a Christmas Flower. Thanks for looking I'm off to work on Valentines swaps!

Belle's Snow Layout

I just love this layout I did of Belle playing in the snow. I cant believe how much it snowed, here in Hesperia.. That cold December day. My kids had never been around snow. I made this page on Saturday at Laurie's crop out in Orange County. I went with my friend Amy and we had so much fun. Here's the layout..

I just love that layout so much and the pictures of Belle. It just might be my favorite layout I've ever done....so far..

Thank You Card

I made this card yesterday to enter it into the Stamp Something new contest/challenge. Over on the Stamp Something Blog I used my new stamp set. I'm so sad I got it so late in the Stampin' Up! Catalog year. It truly is a beautiful set.

Well I'm off my son might have a game tonight about 1 1/2 away and I'm getting ready for the crop on Saturday. Have a wonderful day!

Another Christmas Layout!

Here's another Christmas Layout. These are pictures from my dads house, we went the Saturday after Christmas. I'm not used to using so many pictures on a layout. I think it came out of though. I have one more Christmas layout to do from Christmas day at my grandmas house. I have some Valentines cards to make hopefully I will get a chance to do them today, they are for my Hostess club's card swap this month!

I really like the way my hidden journaling came out, and the sparkling on my snowflake. I was going to add more but didn't want it to look too busy. Have a great day!

Stampin' Up! Baskets and Blooms die!

I made these nifty little bags with my Stampin' Up! Big Shot I got for Christmas! I ADORE these little bags. These will be the Make n Take I will be doing at a crop next weekend. I sure hope everyone likes them. I will be putting together kits with a number of color combos. They are so easy and fun to make! I used th Basket and blooms die and the Birds and bloom sizzlets.

New Years Resolution Layout

Here's My New Years Resolution Layout I made for WhoGAS Yahoo group Challenge.
I used my Cricut Expression and my Big Shot! I LOVE both of these machines they work so well together.

I'm off to do some more scrapbooking today. I've decided to Start with current and move my way back that way I dont get behind or discouraged.

My son has baseball practice down the hill hopefully we will be home early and miss the traffic.. haha yea right!

Love you Card

I entered this card into a contest about 2 months ago and obviously didn't win LOL Anyways I waited to post a picture because in the terms it said so anyways I'm looking for something to post. So here it is.

We didn't go to Knotts today ralph had to work we are attempting to go tomorrow although there is supposed to be rain. The tickets were a gift to us from our friend Chris. Wether we stay til 5pm when it closes or even for a few hours it will be fun!

Christmas we will be getting up and opening presents(which I'm going to wrap after this post) and going down the hill to my grandmas house for dinner. Frieday will be a rest and let the kids play with goodies, Saturday we will be going to my dads for "christmas" again. Sunday another day of rest and playing with more new goodies LOL. Monday is back to normal. Thank God!

I am getting together my New YEars Resolutions, I'm making a Scrapbook page for WhoGAS group I'm apart of. I have it all planned out on paper and just need to do it already so that will hopefully be my next post.

Mindy's Crafty Banners

Hostess club card swap and projects

I decided to give my blog a make over. I hand drew ..well hand mouse this in my MSpaint program. Pixel by pixel, this is extremely time consuming but used to be a hobby of mine. I really like the way it came out. Hope you all enjoy looking at it, when you stop by.

We stamped on this Candle on Friday night for or hostess club meeting. I think it came out really cute. Everyone really liked it. How cute would this be in a cello bag with some paper shreds and chocolate, dress it up with a cute little tag!

We also made 2009 calendars. There's a magnet on the back so it will look adorable on your fridge.

This was my swap card. Everyone wanted to participate in a card swap, I just love pink and it's such a different color to use for Christmas. I used the Irridecent ice embossing powder on the entire piece of whisper white card stock to really give the snowflake some sparkle. I'm very happy with how it came out. It was really quite simple too.

Decorating for the Holidays!

Here's a picture of my mantle! I made these Christmas Trees using the Dashing Designers series paper from last year. I bought some small pots from Home Depot and painted them, put some styrofoam in and a dowel for the trunk of the tree. Then hot glued some fake moss to the top of the foam in the pot. I added some of our Real Red 5/8 inch ribbon to the top I just LOVE these trees!

On the side of the trees I made some matching explosion boxes. They are empty and just look like presents by the tree..

See they are empty...

Last but not least some Pine cone ornaments again with the same ribbon and paper. I just adore these decorations and will be putting them up for years to come!

Hostess Club Projects!

I just love this set! I'm very glad I was able to trade a set I NEVER use for it! These are the cards I will be teaching the ladies at my hostess club to use. We will also be making a 3d still haven't made up my mind completly but most likely a box or tote to put cards in. Thank you for looking have a great day!

Snow Man Card

I made this card trying to use up some scraps I drew in the eyes. I think it turned out kind of cute :P on the inside I used my slit punch to make it a gift card holder. Everything here is using Stampin' Up! Products.

Christmas Ornament Card

This is one of the cards we will be doing at my hostess Club this month. I used Old Olive Ruby Red and Very Vanilla Cardstock. I used the Round Tab punch for the top of the "ornament" and Background basics Stamp set. Hope everyone likes it!
