Let's Party Hardy at This and That!!! Copic Class - June 5th

Hi there everyone!

 

I want to share a card I made for my next class at This and That, here in Chino Hills, California.

I used this cutie from Saturated Canary. The stamp is called Party Hardy. I love her and I think she makes a perfect little red head. I decided to go with a criss cross card, I haven't made one of those in a while. I used the papers I designed for Little Darlings Rubber Stamps, Summer Sorbet. I love the oranges and pinks, so perfect for Summer!

 

Well. I've been working so much, I think I have found my balance, though. Maybe it's because I don't have to run the kids to and fro from school. So in another 2 1/2 months I'll have to find a new balance. That's life though, right?!

Some Photos and new Lili of the Valley Stamps and Sneak Peek!

I just wanted to share a few photos from last week. My daughter's awards and my son's promotion and my youngest daughter's promotion. A week full of excitement, emotion and exhaustion!

 

 

 

This is a little different of what a card than what I'm used to doing. Lili of the Valley has come out with some super cute Vintage stamps. I just love the way these simple cards are and how they pop off the page. I just hope mine look as good as the others I see out in blogland.

 

I will be honest.. I do ♥ my coloring... so I cannot give it up fully. These simple cards ae great for a fast easy card. Plus, we all know how hard it is to give up the ones we spend hours on.. these 10 minute cards are super easy!

 

I have used the sketch from Studio Calico. My papers, wood veeners, clip and stars sequence are all also from Studio Calico. The Make a wish Sentiment is by Lili of the Valley and will be available on June 1st... so mark your calendar!!!

 

 



A Wee bit adorable!

It's time for some Wee Wednesday!!

I've used this adorable Wee image called Angel Cody. I used the no line stamping technique. I LOVE the way the hair came out. This technique looks so soft love, love.. love it! I used Magnolia papers and of of my Sentiments from Little Darlings... which goes perfect with this image.

Imagine Believe Love!

Hi there my crafty peeps!

It's time for team b to post their weather creations for the Magnolia-licious challenge.

I really wanted to color up this image, Tilda with Prince Froggy... so I thought how on Earth can I include weather in this scene. So I made a rainbow, sorta cased one of my DT sistahs, Elise. She absolutely BLOWS my mind with her creations. Hers is WAY better.. but hey I tried! I also used  Papers and Sentiments I designed for Little Darlings.

Today is my kids' last day of school. I can't believe it.. I now have a 1st grader, 6th grader and my son is in HIGH SCHOOL! Wowzers!

Hi there everyone.

 

I made this card the other day and I LOVE the way it came out. I really need to do some simpler cards. I really do love the look. I think this Lili of the Valley image is adorable. I wanted the cardbord box to look really worn and 'played in'. The wood veeners really make this card. I need to get more of these. I just ♥ them!!!

 

Well, I'm off to bed. I work in the morning. I should be home around 4.. after I feed my little monkeys I think I have a date.. in my craft armoire! :)

Hi everyone.

 

I just wanted to share a layout I made a few weeks ago.

I used Fancy Pants Trend Setter Collection papers, buttons, clips, stickers and banner strips.

I also used my stencil with the Dr. Seuss quote from the Fancy Pants Designs Artist Edition Collection.. We are all HUGE fans and read his books every week. I am just so amazed with Katie's reading. She has been able to fully read books in the last 2 months and it just melts my heart!!

 

Well, busy weekend ahead, grocery shopping, work, cleaning, crafts, blog post scheduling, kids, cooking..oh my!

Lili of the Valley Vintage Boys Blog Hop!
