Pink Bubbles!!

Hello! Hope you all had a great week! I have a card for the Just Magnolia Challenge and for Fussy and Fancy. Over at Just Magnolia there's a fabulos sketch by Bev. At Fussy and Fancy our challenge is Pink and Black! I love the way this card came out. I used my Copics this time. I have been watercoloring so much, I need to alternate so I dont forget how to use my markers! I stamped off the cardstock using the little #376 Emblem from the Wedding Collection. I love the way it looks, sometimes you need a little something else rather than just patterned paper.

Using Ribbon on your Stamped images!

Happy Tuesday stamping buddies! I made this card for my Really Reasonable Ribbon Posting. I really love this card. I wanted to do something different with my ribbon so I decided to put actual ribbon on the stamped image. I think it turned out really cute and makes the cupcake pop!

My friend Sherri came over the other day and I was showing her all my new cards I've made. She mentioned how she needed to get a card for her mother in law, I was like HELLO..... pick one! Then decided to make her a new one. I really love the way it turned out, I hope her mother in law loves it too!

Today is my little girls Birthday. Her name is Belle and she turns 8 today! WOW, where does the time go?

Just Magnolia goes Vintage and WOC Tutorial!

Hello Ladies, Happy Friday! Here’s my Just Magnolia Card. This weeks theme is Vintage. I hope my card can pass for being Vintage, it looks old fashion .. to me lol.

I also have a Wild Orchid Crafts tutorial for you, I wanted to show you all how I make my flower clusters. Sometimes it’s a little easier to do the cluster this way, that way individual flowers cannot fall off your card and get lost. I’ve had that happen many, many times! lol!!

Gather your Wild Orchid Craft Flowers and lay them in the places you want them to be, with all of the stems going the same way.

Twist them all together, one at a time. Here I added another flower, you cant have enough of them!

I tucked the stems behind the image and taped them down.

Here’s the card. You may have to add a little piece of double sided tape to the large flowers just to keep it a little sturdier.

Hello Ladies, I have a card for you today that I made for my RRR post. I’m using Yellow Plaid Ruffled Ribbon. Isn’t it gorgeous! I just love This Flying Tilda. I’m really trying different colors and going out of my comfort zone, I’m really liking the cards too!!

Belles n Whistles, Distressing Challenge.

Happy Monday, today there’s a new challenge over at Belles n Whistles. The challenge is distressing. I used my Distress ink to distress my Magnolia patterned paper, then used my scissors to distress the frame of the image. I love this image, she is adorable and so easy to color.

I have less than 2 more weeks and my term will be up at Belles n Whistles. Thank you so much Summer for this amazing opportunity.

Happy Friday everyone. I really got back in my grove this week. I’m so happy with the last 2 cards I posted. In my Wild Orchid Crafts Design Team Package, Siri gave me these gorgeous purple flowers, so I have been antsy to make a purple card.

Over at Just Magnolia we have a sketch by the one and only Bev Rochester. It is such a fun sketch and I cannot wait to see the entries!

Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge, Inspirational Photo!

Hello my fabulous Blog readers! I LOVE this card. I was cruising blogs on Monday night and I stopped by my friend and fellow DT members blog Suzanne Dean, and I was looking at her beautiful creations, then I couldn’t help being inspired by her actual blog! I knew right away I wanted to do a card with these colors. I checked the on the Really Reasonable Ribbon DT challenge list and took a look at the photo and it was soooo meant to be to have a card made with these colors. So I’m calling this card my Suzanne Dean Card LOL!

I used my zebra and stitched ribbon from my RRR July kit. I through some of the ribbon I bought from RRR, this fabulous yellow ruffled Ribbon.
